Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time will be charged a 50% fee of the service(s) booked. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment time will be charged a 100% fee of the service(s) booked. I understand emergencies happen and these will be handled on a case by case basis. A fifteen minute grace period is included in your appointment time.
